That weird feeling

I used to not think this. Because I didn't notice it. But there's a bunch of feelings you get. When you're around a narcissist. You feel sick. Because you are sick. You've got an emotional illness. A sickness from the narcissist. And it causes instability. And can make you freak out at any time. For any reason. Little things set you off. And you feel on edge. And the problem is... You look at yourself and try to fix it. Because you think it's coming from you. Like it's inside your head. And it feels that way too. So it must be you. But it's not. I don't know how they do it. But the narcissist is making you feel that way. I think it's because it's what they feel. And they force it onto you. I panicked all the time. From little things that shouldn't bother me. If this happens to you. I want you to know it's normal around a narcissist. Notice what they do when you freak out. They probably like it. And that shows you they're causing your panic.
